Driver arrived 20 minutes early and rang me 13 times before we got to him. Stopped mid journey and asked if we could turn back so he could pick more passengers up, we declined."

This is absolutely appalling service. I paid up front for this service. The team at Taxicode were appologetic the next day and have arranged a refund but really need to vet the companies they are using to avoid letting down paying customers. "

He arrived 15 mins late and then had to out of the direct route to get fuel before driving to the airport. We were 20 mins late at check in. "

"I was really impressed with the pick=up from my home address on the day of departure, how ever as I didnt have a return time from my Holiday Coach Operator stating the time of arrivalk back into Preston I was advised to ring ahead when I was about 45 minutes away from being dropped off in Preston. I started ringing and texting about 13.30 as our coach was passing Lancaster on the M6 (S) and was constantly directed to the company answering service, I tected a message as well and only got a response when I arrived in Preston bus Station about 14.20. I was informed the driver would be with me in about 20 minutes making it about 14.40. Unfortunately due to heavy traffic and roadworks etc the driver didnt arrive to collect us until about 15.30 which meant we were kept waiting on the roadside for approx 1 hour 10 minutes. (Not exactly a good customer experience for a first time user) I was also quoted £42.00 for the return journey however I was charged £44.50 when using PayPal which quoted the extra charge was for use of a Credit Card. My PayPal account is registered for me to use a Debit Card and clearly shows this on my account, I will be contacting PayPal Customer Services to raise this with them. "

Too busy to go and get one even though we agreed to wait, told that if it were dangerous for my tiny 2 year old to ride as an adult then it would be the law to have car seats in taxis. Told that we had booked the wrong vehical as our luggage didn't fit on the way there- a lie, it fit with room to spare! I was made to feel like a fool for putting my childs saftey ahead of getting home. Also there was no meet and greet, they were late and went to the wrong terminal! If I ever go on holiday again I would NEVER use this company again."
